Step 1: Packaging Your Device

Ensure your device is safely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Wrap it in bubble wrap and place it in a sturdy box slightly larger than the device for cushioning.

Step 2: Include Your Details

Include a paper with your Name, Email, Phone number, Return Address, and a brief problem description inside the box. This helps us create a service ticket for your device repair.

Stick a price or paper on the box and write your details on it. For instance:

  1. Name: XYZ
  2. Email address: xyz@gmail.com 
  3. Phone number: (929) 518 1592
  4. Problem: You can add a little description of the problem you are facing with the device or add keywords like mail-in cell phone repair or mail-in screen repair.  These details will enable us to raise a new service ticket so that we can attend to your device repair.

Step 3: Shipping Your Device

Send your securely packaged device to our service center using a courier service with tracking for safe delivery.

Step 4: Repair Estimate

Upon receiving it, we’ll assign your request a ticket with the ticket number and will inform you through a text or an email. It’s expected that the repair estimate will be within 1-3 days in a case common.

Step 5: Repair Approval

The next step is yours for your approval, we are to get the process rolling once you approve the estimate. Also, if you do not like it, we will gladly give you back the device. You’ll at least end up with a decision regarding the problem.

Step 6: Payment

Having fixed it, we will contact you with the total billed amount, and it can be paid via Zelle or PayPal. Important to mention, that the client is responsible for the return shipping cost irrespective of whether the repairs are executed or not.

Step 7: Return Shipment

As soon as our banking system confirms the payment, we will safely ship the device back to you, allowing you to receive it without any incident.
