We are looking for a Front Desk Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a customer-oriented individual with strong technical skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers to the store.
- Answer phone calls and emails.
- Handle customer inquiries and requests.
- Operate and maintain office equipment.
- Coordinate and plan for the delivery or receipt of parcels and mail.
- Offer personal advice and assistance to customers on computer hardware and software.
- Suggest service solutions to customers.
- Identify, diagnose, and repair hardware and software problems.
- Stay up-to-date with retail products and current technology.
- Communicate with customers in a timely, accurate, and comprehensive manner.
- Keep the front desk clean, organized, and presentable.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
- Familiarity with basic network troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Customer service orientation and a helpful demeanor.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording information.
