Laptop/MacBook Repair Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a Laptop/MacBook Repair Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of computer hardware and software, experience with diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve computer-related problems.
• Conduct diagnostic tests on computer systems.
• Read and understand computer manuals and technical documentation.
• Replace components on both MacBook and Windows laptops.
• Replace screens for iPhone, iPad, and Microsoft Surface devices.
• Repair and solder motherboards with component-level replacements.
• Reinstall operating systems and retrieve files.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals and documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills to provide technical support to non-technical users.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
