Front Desk Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a Front Desk Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a customer-oriented individual with strong technical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers to the store.
  • Answer phone calls and emails.
  • Handle customer inquiries and requests.
  • Operate and maintain office equipment.
  • Coordinate and plan for the delivery or receipt of parcels and mail.
  • Offer personal advice and assistance to customers on computer hardware and software.
  • Suggest service solutions to customers.
  • Identify, diagnose, and repair hardware and software problems.
  • Stay up-to-date with retail products and current technology.
  • Communicate with customers in a timely, accurate, and comprehensive manner.
  • Keep the front desk clean, organized, and presentable.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
  • Familiarity with basic network troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Customer service orientation and a helpful demeanor.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in recording information.
  • Willingness to learn.
